What to Expect

Explore one of the most spectacular coastlines in Ibiza on this Kayak & Snorkel tour, set entirely within the Northeast Ibiza Marine Reserve – Tagomago.
We begin from Es Figueral with a short paddling introduction before heading out along crystal-clear waters, volcanic formations, red cliffs and hidden coves. Along the route, you’ll visit the fishermen’s refuge at Racó de s’Aubadar, a secluded beach only accessible by sea, and the small caves around Ses Mayoles.
At Punta des Llaut, we pause for a guided snorkelling session to discover Ibiza’s rich underwater life. Refreshed and re-energised, we paddle back past Pou des Lleó towards Es Figueral.

Is this Kayak & Snorkel tour suitable for beginners?

Yes. This excursion is ideal for beginners and casual paddlers. Before setting off, your guide gives a short introduction to paddling technique and safety, and the route is adapted to the group’s level. You don’t need previous kayaking or snorkelling experience.

Can children join the Kayak & Snorkel tour?

Yes. Children aged 7 and under can join for free in the middle seat of a double kayak, and older children are welcome as long as they are comfortable in the water and accompanied by an adult.

How long does the activity last?

The excursion lasts approximately 3 hours, including paddling time, swimming stops and the guided snorkelling session.

Is the snorkelling guided?

Yes, the snorkelling stop is fully guided. Your guide will show you the best underwater spots and explain what marine life you’re seeing within the Tagomago Marine Reserve.

Do I need to know how to swim?

Basic swimming ability is required, as the activity includes swimming and snorkelling sections. You will always wear a flotation vest.

Where does the tour start?

The meeting point is our Es Figueral office, just a few steps from the beach. The exact location and instructions will be sent to you after booking.

Are private Kayak & Snorkel tours available?

Yes. You can book this excursion as a private tour for families, couples, groups, or special occasions. Routes and schedules can be adjusted to your preferences. Contact us for more information.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety always comes first. If sea or weather conditions are not suitable for kayaking or snorkelling, we will contact you in advance to offer an alternative route, a different schedule, or a full refund. Summer conditions are usually very stable, but we always monitor the forecast carefully.
